US Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us at Sanar Naturals. If you're not completely happy with a full-priced product you've purchased, you may qualify for a refund within 90 days of the order date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items

Each claim is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We strive to respond within two business days and will work to either replace or refund the item promptly if needed. To assist with your claim, please provide your order number and photos of any damaged products, including a clear image of the Best By date and Lot Code on the packaging.

In cases where replacements are unavailable, a refund may be issued instead. Refunds will be sent to the payment method used for the original purchase. If a replacement is approved, please allow 7-10 business days for the replacement to arrive.
